The Brookings Institution Press will be participating in next week’s APSA conference in Toronto, Ontario. Our newest and most relevant books will be on display in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre from Thursday, September 3, through Sunday morning, September 6.
The Brookings Press will be represented by Steve Roman of our marketing department, Senior Editor Chris Kelaher, and BI Press Director Robert Faherty. Our exhibit will run in booths 318, 320, and 322. We warmly encourage attendees to come by to say hello, see our newest books in Government and Politics, and discuss their own work and plans.
Among the brand new titles on display at the Brookings booth will be William R. Lowry’s Repairing Paradise: The Restoration of Nature in America’s National Parks, Sarah Binder and Forrest Maltzman’s Advice & Dissent: The Struggle to Shape the Federal Judiciary and Creating an Opportunity Society by Isabel Sawhill and Ron Haskins. To find out more about the forthcoming American Political Science Association conference, see the APSA site.
